Maybe just report what you allegedly witnessed? Declaring your apparent intent, especially the way you have, is a bad idea in the eyes of the law. I'm not against reporting such incidents..just don't go too far, yea? Take care man.

On 30th September 2020 this idiot overtook me dangerously as the road narrowed forcing me to brake hard. I hooted at him in frustration and he responded by brake checking me. I have submitted the dash cam footage to Hampshire Constabulary for their review. I have decided not to upload the footage here as I really hope that the police take action and don’t want to harm any case that might result in the driver facing prosecution. If they don’t take action, I will post the footage here in a few months.
