On two occasions now I have been behind this driver, constantly looking down at his phone (you can tell by the peak of his baseball cap), swerving all over the lanes, stopping at roundabouts when there's nothing to stop for, stops at green lights and is always in the wrong lane! This driver is a danger and a menace to road users.

Made it very difficult for me to get into my car, I'm heavily pregnant and had to struggle to get in to my car because this driver can't manage to park in the middle of a bay like the rest of us
