Driving much too close behind me on narrow winding roads, (as can be seen in the picture). I was not driving slow by any means. He eventually overtook me and then began tailgating the car in front.

Idiot boy racer , intimidating pedestrians at crossing by excessive revving and then speeding in a 30 mph zone , more money than sense by the looks of it .
