Chavved up old mini with extremely loud illegal exhaust, pop/bang tune and rear wiper that’s fallen off along with other “mods”, every single day comes screaming down our street and stops outside one of the houses opposite to pick someone up. Once he’s done though rather than simply fucking straight off he always does 2 or 3 laps round the block first so everyone within half a mile radius can hear his annoying pops/bangs, would love to know if these moronic mods are declared on his insurance (assuming he has any)
