People who are too lazy to walk 100mtrs or less from a layby but prefer to leave their vehicles parked on the pavement.
It's a shame our police force have suffered all the cuts and haven't got the resources to fix the issue

Witnessed the female driver hitting a child in the back whilst driving on the wrong side of the road.
Man sat in the front also looked to be smoking with the child in the rear.

This car is driven by an old man at about 10 mph... Very dangerous as he stops abruptly and very often and also panics when a car comes from the opposite direction and reverses at high speed without checking rear view. Have had the misfortune of driving behind this man between Ermington and Ivybridge... Just very dangerous driver
