This car is driven by an old man at about 10 mph... Very dangerous as he stops abruptly and very often and also panics when a car comes from the opposite direction and reverses at high speed without checking rear view. People who are too lazy to walk 100mtrs or less from a layby but prefer to leave their vehicles parked on the pavement.
It's a shame our police force have suffered all the cuts and haven't got the resources to fix the issue

Erratic driving; accelerating rapidly before immediately braking. Tailgating behind other cars. Cutting corners.
