Lethal bad and dangerous. White Vauxhall van, youngish male driver driving 60+ in a 40mph zone, overtook on a red banded central line, 5pm 23rd September, Newpound West Sussex. Cut me up then screeched to a hurried stop behind a slow moving tractor ahead. There's a reason for the speed limit- and the overtaking ban- there's been a few nasty crashes on this road in the past. idiot. Should be banned

This idiot cut in front of me on the M1 so close I had to brake. I was doing 65 in the inside (1st) lane. I went round him in the 2nd lane and saw he was texting on his phone. I hope the police catch him and give him a good talking to with a fine and points.
