Does look very suspiciously intentional, maybe the driver will see this post and provide an explanation.
I may be wrong but I seem to remember reading somewhere that Birmingham is the cash for crash capitol of the UK.

Yep same van in Alfreton Derbyshire, cover story is they are selling knives, then marking walls, gates etc....don't let u r dogs out of sight
