It's hard enough doing a fifty mile commute from Swansea to Cardiff without this idiot causing a tailback every single day. Doing like 45mph when other cars doing 70+ is dangerous - why don't they understand? When I look as I pass they are generally looking into their lap so assume they are either watching crap on their phone, or are alcoholic and can't drive any faster than that.
Been passing this guy morning and evening for a few years on the M4 between Bridgend and Newport travelling at seriously inappropriate slows speeds perhaps 40 mph. Agreed with other posters, this moron cause chaos around him. Going back a couple of years ago, he used to do this in the middle lane, small mercies - at least he uses lane 1 now. If for some reason he needs to drive this slowly, either he and/or his car shouldn't be on a motorway.
Camera car seriously needs to watch his stopping distance behind the lorry. Even allowing a generous benefit of the doubt for camera angle, that is no way near enough. It should be two seconds, and that was well under a second. And the sad thing is, the camera car driver probably has no clue that he has done anything wrong.
