Car racing down at junction to turn right on opposite side of road even though its my right of way as I'm turning left, causes me to do an emergency stop. At this point we haven't hit each other but the gap isn't big enough for him to pass. Tries to do it anyway and scrapes the paint off and leaves a chip too. Driver didn't stop and sped off sticking his fingers up.
