Give this first rate half wit a wide berth if possible.
I was just pulling on to a one way bridge under construction in Tilford Hampshire which I had checked was clear when this utter hoof drove on to it at speed nearly causing a head-on collision and very kindly giving me the 'finger' for nearly daring to impede his stupidity...Steer Clear !!

It had to be a woman driver.
The selfish cow can have my disability any day of the week if she wants a disabled bay that desperately. Mind you, she needs to learn how to park properly first though.
Had it been me that witnessed that abysmal parking, I would have pulled up tight alongside her on the RH side so she couldn't get back in her car and encouraged another disabled driver to do the same on the passenger side.
