Most probably had a few before jumping in the motor! Swerving and tailgating. At first I thought they were attempting dangerous overtakes but after following for several minutes it became clear that they shouldn't have been on the road!

Idecidea to overtake 5 vehicles all doing the speed limit in a 30mph residential area as he's obviously blind to speed signs. Then has to stop at traffic lights like the muppet he is. Well done mate, you did really good. Also, learn to indicate.
