Rude, ignorant ... pushed in dangerously into traffic. Nearly hit pedestrian on zebra crossing and jumped a red light

Dangerous and disgusting behaviour along Mill Lane in Felixstowe as we headed to Seven Hills.
This driver decided to overtake a funeral precession at least driving 30mph as we were driving towards the traffic lights, almost hitting a car coming towards us head on. As far as near misses go this was as close as you could get.
Obviously this driver didn't get far as the lights were red. We had the family following us in the limousine behind and this was upsetting for them and of course they were rightly angry.
