Littering. Driver threw a cigarette out of window ignoring traffic behind.
Perhaps learn to drive in a straight line too. You may have just passed your test and think it's okay to drive like an idiot because your car is full of teenagers, but it isn't. You won't last 5 minutes like that.

Cut up car in front of me then jumped out with a knife and tried to attack driver. The driver of the car he cut up didn’t back down and was about to defend himself and the knife wielding thug jumped back into this car and raced of. Has anyone seen the car or him. Know where he lives?
