Carter's Painting & Decorating Van. Driver rude and abusive to me as a cyclist. Was incorrectly telling me that I should be in the cycle lane rather than the road. Cyclist have a legal right not to use cycle lanes and on that stretch the cycle lane is badly surfaced. Plenty of room to overtake, but instead he chooses to harass me.

Zero road awareness and complete nob. You have right of way over oncoming vehicles doesn't mean stop when there is only one car behind you and road ahead clear to let cars through. It also doesn't mean then throw your toys out the pram and refuse to move when the road is clear.
