This vehicle is driven by a moron that does not know how to drive and should not be on the road. I had the misfortune to have him trying to get me to speed up and exceed the speed limit this morning and kept flashing his lights and me and kept his lights on full beam when I would drive into the Keep Clear and Yellow Boxes.
If anyone knows who the registered keeper of this vehicle is I would be interested in contacting them.

Weaving in and out at speed, deliberate wrong lane / forcing cars out of the way, appeared to be racing with WV09HXA A627(M). Hope their loved ones read this and give them some good advice before there is an accident.
