On 30th September 2020 this idiot overtook me dangerously as the road narrowed forcing me to brake hard. I hooted at him in frustration and he responded by brake checking me. I have submitted the dash cam footage to Hampshire Constabulary for their review. I have decided not to upload the footage here as I really hope that the police take action and don’t want to harm any case that might result in the driver facing prosecution. If they don’t take action, I will post the footage here in a few months.

I'm not against you. I'm not against you making a complaint. All I'm saying is, you MUST take the moral high ground here. Anything less and you're leaving yourself open to litigation. I've dealt with people of this mentality, and they may use every trick in the book to try and make you look bad - don't give it to them on a plate.
