Another Idiot blocking the footpath whilst parked on double yellows (yes using footpath instead of road, the double yellows still count).
No parking wardens in Bury as ever, but driver could be a Member of Bury Council anyway judging by plate letters! with freedom to park as they like!
Note to Council, this vehicle has an approved towing device on rear! Feel free to use it!

Following them at 11 o’clock on a Wednesday night, they were all over the place, had to be drunk, as I turned off down my lane they were drifting onto the wrong side of the road with a car coming the other way and luckily ended up back on the correct side of the road with a very jerky movement. It was either drink driving or the person driving, if they were sober should not have a license

didnt see this at the time, checked rear cam and see this guy looking at my ass, no problem, im a girl biker- dont see a lot of us, But then you see him overtaking at least SEVEN CARS in a queue , to turn right ahead, driving on the wrong side of the road.
