Will always park outside a neighbours house rather than the house they are visiting when both are free they will always inconvenience the neighbour first. Very inconsiderate parking.

This prat driving a 2006 MITSUBISHI GRANDIS moved into the outer lane of the dual carriageway without indicating as I was going to overtake him. There was no reason for him to move into the outer lane at that point as there was nothing for him to overtake. Since he was in the outer lane, I couldn't pass him on the left (legally).

On the morning of Sat 8th Dec, this idiot drove diagonally across the M25 from the fast line, over the stripey lines and barely got onto the exit slip road without indicating or checking traffic behind him. He/she nearly caused three cars to crash.
