In the middle of rush hour traffic, decides to stop the flow of traffic in the inside lane to let people out. After creating a jam on the roundabout, decides he wants to go straight-on in the "Right Only" lane, pushing his way through to be let in. Gets in the straight-on lane, but doubles back on himself after deciding that there was too much traffic, crossing a hatched-line area to try to cut back into the now flowing right turn traffic.
