Very aggressive behaviour, saw this done up yaris near Torquay was a typical boy racer druggie car, saw it flying through Marlon swearing at a cyclist and it looked like he was attempting to ram him off the road at high speed, as I approached the side of the car at the roundabout I told him to calm down which he gave me a very aggressive answer back
