Vehicle overtook me, only to brake in front of me which forced me to have to slow down. I didn't change speeds until the speed bump, when I was forced to change speeds.

The driver of this van , approached my daughter yesterday evening trying to get her in the van, because she refused he got out the van and run after her, luckily she managed to get away. When i went to collect my daughter the van passed me, i followed the van and he jumped 2 red lights to get away from me. This was in the Tipton Area of the West Midlands... BE WARNED

This is a taxi and just pulled onto my drive to drop two people off!
