Seen this car earlier today on the A4174.
Watched him bully the golf which was a few cars in front and then he seemed to open his window when he pulled up along side to abuse the driver. He then went over the deanery road roundabout from the turning right only lane.
On the next roundabout he changed lanes and cut in front of everyone.
Obviously in a hurry but no need to be so reckless surely?
ANOTHER MUPPET with TWO EARPHONES happily nodding his head until his next kill. Left the Parkway in Plymouth at the St. Budeaux bypass, hope he doesn't kill anybody anytime soon. Never a copper about when you need one.
