I have no idea what this psycho was up to, but he was all over the place, not just on the road but inside the car too, bouncing about like he was on something with his head turning every direction other than forward. No indicators, no respect for any driving rules and talking to himself? Or a kid? Or a corpse on the back seat? Who knows? I bet he doesn't even know what was going on.

Middle aged driver with severe incompetence has no idea how to drive with aid of disabled mother. Irratic driving style with the inability to pull away from junctions or maintain constant speed for any period of time. Avoid driver at all cost. Stay at home people!
