This two lane one-way road has people parking on the double yellows by the shops all the time, and it's dangerous and stupid enough at the best of times. Today they are digging up the road on one of the lanes and cones have been put out. This stupid person decides to park slap bang opposite a service gap in the cones, meaning cars and buses had to weave around the car to get past.

The middle lane of a motorway is for you to overtake any slower cars on the left lane. It is not used for you to sit there for the entirety of a junction, going below the speed limit, overtaking nobody whilst you down a packet of crisps. Your first clue this was wrong should have been in the fact that multiple cars were tailgating and undertaking you. Stupid woman.

Looking at the rear video, the driver was positioned nicely but decided to cut in, odd since there was no approaching vehicle.
I caught the vehicle up at the T-junction, he put up is right hand to apologise, would not have done this otherwise.
Discovered it's an untaxed vehicle, therefore the insurance is VOID.
This event occurred on Lydiate Lane, Eccleston, Lancashire.
