Question.
What is the speed limit in a built up area?
Answer.
It's 30mph. As stipulated in the Highway Code which I presume you have a copy of. If not you can go on the internet to find one.
It was a built up area through a town centre and I was doing 30mph aka "The Speed Limit. From out of NOWHERE this red blur (on examining my Dashcam footage it was a red Mazda) you overtook me, must have been doing at least 45-50mph. Only to get stuck at a set of traffic lights (which you get a lot of in town centres).
Speed limits are there for a reason.
They're for everybody.
You are not exempt.
What if you'd hit a pedestrian? ⚰🚑
What if you were caught by the police?🚔🚔 (although it's unlikely the amount of speed traps I've seen recently)
Oh and by the way - your exhaust pipe makes a horrible noise...sounds like someone blowing a raspberry. I'd get that fixed if I were you.🍇🍇🍇🍇🍇🍇(near enough to rasperries)
Love from the white Fiat Panda (I was in the lane on your right at the traffic lights - speeding didn't get you very far did it?🤣🤣)

Forgot to ask the drivers name as I was so panicked at the time but thank you! Driver stopped when our Ford Ka had broken down, let me use his mobile telephone and went to a local shop to buy us some water and sweets for my son while we waited for my husband. Thank you :-)).
What a good driver this guy is.
