This idiot is constantly parking on the pavement even though there are spaces in the road, 2 lay byes and a small car park.

Got himself in the wrong lane at a roundabout then nearly hit our car by swerving across to try and take the same exit as us. Proceeded to tailgate us up a national speed limit road and stayed right up close to us in a traffic jam before overtaking dangerously
