Man in army outfit came flying out of a junction as my little boys where crossing the road, he hit my poor little boy and sped of in a rush I’m just lucky I remembered his plate the police have also been informed and I hope something is done about this

Blocking junction view making exiting the side road more dangerous. Parking on double yellows which are there for a good reason.
