Not only does she blame the biker for being in the middle of the road, which she was, but also she then tries to accuse him of driving too fast.
How can someone going the opposite direction, themselves going 20-30 MPH, guess what speed someone is doing because they aren't concentrating?
Silly woman should be made to retake her test.

After that last minute merge on the A303 nearly taking the front end off my car the dashcam footage was provided to the authorities - have a nice day!
