It's mirror, signal & then make the move. This dozy woman maybe signalled (couldn't tell, I was approaching & she was turning left. It wasn't flashing as she pulled out but maybe she cancelled it quick) but she most certainly didn't look. What she did was basically not stop or even slow down as she approached the junction, pulled out in to oncoming traffic and THEN looked.

Silly cow used the merge left lane to overtake when the lane was clearly ending, further down the road she used the right lane to turn left, the daft woman doesn't have a clue how to drive.

Sat at a set of traffic lights texting. The lights changed to green and they just sat there.
They then moved off and stopped halfway through the red light, blocking traffic in the other direction in what appeared to be a complete mental block. Wouldn’t move out the way until the red light they drove through turned green even though they were past the line…
