Had been tailgating me for about 3 miles, so close I could't see his registration plate in the rear view mirror. Decided to overtake, on chevrons, directly before a set of temporary traffic lights, pulling in late enough that I had to brake very hard.

Moron spotted in Wilmslow, parked over 2 disabled bays. I'd asked him to move and he just scoffed. To top it all off as he drove off he threw out a load of McDonalds wrappers on the floor. I caught it on video and have reported him to the police.

You drive a Fiat 500
That doesn't mean you need to create 2 lanes when there's one
I'm guessing you immediately take lane 3 on the motorway even though there's nobody in lanes 1 & 2
In the video you can clearly see the Fiat turn into Lady Bay Bridge (from the lights) just prior to the TBS Forklifts van
