Not condoning their speeding, but it's probably not the wisest decision to pull out straight in front of another car like that. You could quite clearly see the car approaching at speed coming. You should have waited until they passed.

A careful and considerate driver to other road users, especially public service vehicle including (but not limited to) Ambulances, Ambulance cars, Police Cars, Police Vans, Police motorcycles, police men(both walking, running and stationary) refuse collection(Both Recyclable and non recyclable) and taxi drivers(all but red ones..) a pleasure to share the road with.
