Awful driver, speeding, overtook me on a roundabout by going in the wrong lane and drifted onto the oncoming lane.

Random harsh braking with no clear reason as why. Constantly 10mph under the speed limit and veering onto other side of the road. May be drunk or unlicesened driver.
