Dangerous driver, taking up 2 lanes whilst speeding at 67mph on a 20mph limit road. On 2 occasions he has nearly hit pedestrians and many other times animals have nearly been killed due to dangerous driving. Needs locking up asap.

This vehicle has not move from this spot since beginning of December, does any body know who it belongs too, as it is cause a obstruction too close to the corner, it is likely to cause an accident.. Rasidents of Tudor close
