Dangerous driver!! Overtakes cyclists through a central divider
Speeding driver doing way over the speed limit witnessed intimidating other drivers on the road by driving seriously close constantly tooting their horn. Got worse on the bridge double white lined area, peak traffic with a driver in front of them, who had a cyclist in front of them, the intimidating horn continuously blasting (clearly in a hurry) which distressed the cyclist who became flustered & got off their bike on the bridge concerned about what was happening.
