Empty roundabout so put his foot down ( In The Rain) realised he was going to fast so slammed on the brakes and front end went straight into a curb, i stood and laughed so hard i can't lie to you

Been driving around for ages with the rear windscreen wiper hanging down and obscuring part of the registration plate.
Now it's got a load of council recycling bags taped over the back window, presumably someone's taken a dislike and smashed it in.
Stop dawdling and get it fixed because it's dangerous and looks ridiculous.
