Poor continuity with the door trajectory. When the Transit van hits the door its thrown forward as you would expect; but when viewed in the later shot from behind the Fiat, its being thrown sideways to end up closer to the car. Then again in the later scene with Peter Kay out of the car, the door has turned through 90 degrees from its last position.
