Tailgating on a dual carriage way, around a roundabout and then on a main road despite me doing the speed limit. He then stops by me in a "right only" lane at a traffic light, makes rude gestures towards me and then speeds ahead before the traffic lights had turned green.

Seen this guy driving absolutely shocking earlier in the day. Come to walk my dogs in the woods later on and see the vehicle parked up with a full car of idiot youngsters.
The smell of cannabis coming from the vehicle was absolutely shocking. Someone needs to stop this guy before an accident occurs because of all his driving issues.

Did not look in their mirror before changing lanes as they nearly crashed into me. Had to swerve out of the way.
