Near Alexandra Park, Manchester. This low-life Audi on a narrow 20mph road thought it was a good idea to try to overtake using the opposite lane on a blind right-hander. Look at the road markings turning in the second picture. There was traffic coming in the other direction and a serious collision was only just avoided.

Professional driver should know better. Can't decide what lane they want to be in & start crossing the line nearly colliding with other traffic. Playing on phone maybe?
