Stupid last driver tried overtaking on a roundabout and forced other driver to pull over off the road tailgating and trying to overtake then speeding over well over the limit! Very dangerous and stupid.

No right of way mate.. only priority. The other car should have given way however there is no automatic right of way for vehicles under any circumstance.
