Funny how the BBC is eager to point out he's "EX"-BBC when they appear to be the one's crawling around in the dirt, trying to get anything and everything on other people who might share even the remotest affiliation to interests the BBC doesn't like.

What if the Fiat driver stopped to avoid a 4 year old child chasing a ball into the road? What do you think stopping distance is all about? The two second rule? If you can't avoid hitting someone who stops suddenly in front of you, you are driving to fast/close/both.
