Needs to revise their highway code. Gets angry at cyclists for filtering and then ended up with 8 penalty points for brake checking a cyclist, leaving the scene of an accident and failing to report himself to police. To make matters worse he plead not guilty in the face of video evidence, probably making the punishment worse in the process.

Terrible driver, got in the left lane at a roundabout and turned right at the roundabout. I was in the right lane turning right, I had to brake so hard on the middle of the roundabout as they just missed me. Very dangerous driver. Then didn't even acknowledge what chaos they had causeed.
