Because I will sign eBay's return policy, your money will be insured by them and you will have the option to reject the deal, only if we go through PayPal as well. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund (money back) from PayPal and I will have to take the car back on my cost!

still scamming, same info as previous in N.Ireland, pay via paypal and Ebay etc etc. This time: 56 2006 Fiat Ducato 2.3 motorhome 4 berth on Ebay but no longer there.
This scammer was trying to rip people off with a camper van this week,keep away, this person or persons is utter scum,the so called PayPal is bogus-do not part with any financial details
It's highly unlikely that this scammer is based in the United Kingdom.
And you're right....eBay care little about this activity. They are drawing listing fees every time "Amy" advertises
