07:32 Do NOT stop unless you have no other choice. It's not worth the bother including the risk to your personal safety. If you are forced to stop then the ball is almost certainly in your court. Same regardless of whether you are driving or cycling - you do not stop.

I'm very unhappy as this chap was with friends and was hurling abuse at my daughters in around Watford town driving past blasting his music... what is the world coming too.
