Look closely in video. Driver for a good mile whilst using phone on upper half of steering wheel and driving. After noticing me filming he did put his phone down quite clearly onto the passenger seat and accepted he was caught on video. It is extremely dangerous whilst using a phone whilst driving and especially dangerous on a motorway and extremely dangerous whilst driving a HGV. Not acceptable.
