driving down the wrong side of the road because the side he should be is filled with parked cars (i can understand this) but when faced with an oncoming motorcycle he does not slow down or make way for on coming traffic, even when he doesn't have the right of way. motorcyclist turns back to politely state that what he did was wrong and he should have slowed down, the driver gets out of his car and proceeds to swear at the motorcyclist saying that he doesn't know how to ride a bike. think he needs to retake is driving test and read the high way code when driving in the right side of the road and there are oncoming vehicles

Idiotic driving. Aggressive and intentional. Like he said in the video, the driver doesn't think, goes to undertake which is illegal unless built up traffic, then speeds passed. Dangerous driving.
