Nobody has right of way; least not in this context. There is only priority. One driver has to give way to the other driver, which is often confused as right of way whereas it just means one driver has priority over the other. Neither has right of way mate.

What the cycling was doing was dangerous, but it's clear from that video that YOU were the bigger danger. You deliberately pas the cyclist too close as a means of trying to intimidate them, it's as clear as day. You didn't give them sufficient space as required and you are a danger on the roads.
