This isn't an accident or a breakdown, it's someone who thinks it's OK to stop in the middle of a busy road frequently used by ambulances going to and from the nearby hospital so they and their passenger can have a chat with somebody parked at the side of the road. Misuse of hazard lights, facing on-coming traffic and blocking the highway.

Was driving down the road, this driver decides to dangerously overtake us while cars were coming towards us on the other side of the road. We were doing the speed limit, so this car was definitely going over. They reached a traffic light just as it was changing and didn’t have time to stop as they were speeding so ended up over the line (as pictured). Clearly worth breaking the law and risking lives just to get one space in front of us? Really cutting down time on your journey!
