Thoughtless driver, really stupid decision making. Refused to drive down the clear road because the space was slightly narrow but still plenty of room. Traffic then got blocked in in both directions because she wouldn't move. Next time pull over and the rest of us will go around. Imagine a lot of people were late because of one persons stupidity.

Seen this person using their phone whilst driving swerving across the roads on a daily basis on their snapchat story for the last few weeks. Recently unbanned from driving following a dangerous driving offence too I believe.
