this audi a3 driver is a absaloute scumbag and his gf next to him driving dangerously with a child in the back shouting abuse.

If what you say is true then you have NOTHING to apoligise for, and you are not going to be threatened or bullied by this wannabe tough guy.
Please report what happened to the store. They might be able to get his face on CCTV.
Do NOT approach him, under any circumstance. If he approaches you tell him in no uncertain terms to leave you alone, and walk off. Walk towards a populated area. If he continues, call the police that instant and inform store security.
Do not let cowardly morons like this, stop you from going about your business. This is OUR country, not their's.

This driver saw fit to use the disabled parking bay provided my wife who has a severe spinal injury.
She can't walk more than 20metres at the moment after her most recent surgery.
We have a polite sign explaining the need for the bay.
Either this driver lacks the intelligence to respect others' needs or lacks the integrity to do so.

Alleged hit and run: Tesco, Burnt Tree, Tipton. reversed into another car and tried to blame other driver before speeding off towards Dudley. Police notified. Please help if you can. Thank you.
